Grievance

At Mountain Vista Psychology we strive to support our families in a caring and safe environment. For this reason we provide a grievance resolution process for individuals accessing, receiving or being evaluated for services and their family members. If you are dissatisfied with any provided service, we would like to hear from you verbally or in writing as we always want to work to improve our care.

Please email or telephone Steffanie Stecker, Ph.D., Director with concerns.  Please include name, date of birth, if a current client, phone number and email, time, date, location of the event, witness names, an account of the event, and proposed solution, and please sign and date.
