Neurofeedback Video: What It Is, How It Helps, Who It Helps
This is a video that I have shown to many clients who have come for neurofeedback. It helps clients to understand that they are not alone and their situation isn’t unique, sometimes knowing that you’re not the only person feeling a certain way of suffering from a condition, can really be reassuring. Whilst confidentiality is at the very forefront of the neurofeedback services that we offer and we’d never discuss specific clients, it can be good for people to understand that there is support and solutions out there.
I love this neurofeedback video. It breaks down what neurofeedback (NFT) is, how it helps, and who it can help. NFT is an amazing way for people to improve their brain functioning and lives. At Mountain Vista Psychology, we see children, teens, and adults who benefit from training. As you will see in the video, there are a variety of difficulties that people address. Some of the most common challenges we see include; ADHD, anxiety, Autism, and depression although we have worked with many other difficulties as well. Check out this video to learn more! You can also call 720-583-9332 to schedule a consultation to see how neurofeedback could help you.
