To The Wonderful Mountain Vista Psychology community:
We have some exciting news to share: We are Growing and Excited to Announce Our New Office Location in South Denver!

Services that are offered at all 4 of our locations (Centennial, Greenwood Village, South Denver, and Littleton)
Neurofeedback Therapy:
Neurofeedback therapy is a type of brain-based treatment that uses real-time monitoring of brain activity to help individuals learn how to regulate their brain function. It is a non-invasive, evidence-based, and drug-free approach often used to address a variety of mental health and neurological conditions. Neurofeedback has shown promising results in treating a range of mental health and neurological conditions by helping the brain learn to self-regulate its activity. It is particularly effective for individuals with ADHD because it can improve focus, reduce impulsivity, and enhance attention span. It is also commonly used to manage anxiety and depression by promoting more balanced and stable brainwave patterns.

Counseling:
Mental health counseling is a professional, therapeutic relationship that helps individuals explore and manage emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Mental health counseling is for anyone! You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Counseling can be helpful whether you’re dealing with a specific problem or simply seeking personal growth and clarity. At Mountain Vista Psychology, we offer Individual, family, couples, and group counseling to meet all of your needs!
Testing/Assessment:
Psychological testing refers to the use of standardized tools and assessments to measure a person’s mental functions and behaviors. These tests are carefully designed to evaluate various aspects of a person’s psychological makeup, such as intelligence (IQ), mental health conditions, and emotional functioning. Psychological testing can be a key component of modern mental health care and human understanding. Whether used to identify learning challenges in a child or support treatment decisions for an adult, these assessments offer clarity, direction, and empowerment!
